Apparently some of the crops liked the break in the weather last week as much as we did! We will be OPENING THIS SATURDAY, July 26!!!!! The green beans, squash and cucumbers (pickling and slicing) are ready! They will be available in the you pick, as well as at the stand. Our tomatoes are still a few weeks out, but we will supplement with Ohio River tomatoes until ours come in. We will also have Candy onions from our friends at Easy Acres farm in Thornville. Until Saturday, we will have cucumbers and zucchini at the stand available on the honor system. Because of the wet spring, we didn’t get as many plantings of beans in as we had hoped, so don’t put off getting your orders in for canning and freezing!
